ALGLIST STORE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Alglist. Each piece is designed, produced, and packaged with the highest attention to detail. Please review our store policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ORDER POLICY

All orders placed on Alglist.com are non-refundable, but eligible items may be returned for store credit in accordance with our return policy below.

Once an order is submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 4 PM PST are typically processed the same business day or very next business day.

‘Made to Order’ products have in their description the specific processing timeframe. Please note that made-to-order gowns cannot be expedited.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been processed, the following timelines apply:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    •    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

    •    UPS Standard: 4–10 business days (estimated)

Delivery times may vary depending on your region and customs clearance.

Shipping Terms:

    •    Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including customs and import duties where applicable and are non refundable 

    •    If a package is returned due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. - Once the package returns to our facility and reshipment payment is received, it will be resent.

    • Items with failed deliveries cannot be altered, returned, or exchanged once shipped.

DELAYS

If any unexpected delay occurs during processing, customers will be promptly notified via email with an updated estimated shipping timeline.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Alglist is not responsible for any carrier-related delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim or locating your package with the carrier if needed.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

While all sales are considered final, Alglist offers store credit for eligible returns under the following conditions:

    •    You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization.

    •    Returns must be approved before shipping items back.

    •    Approved items must be returned within 3 business days after approval using a trackable shipping method.

    •    Returned products must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

    •    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Made To Order Items (including custom color/size)

    •    Items with Fabric Tears or Fit-Related Damage

    •    Sale or Discounted Items

Any returned item showing signs of wear, alteration, missing tags, stains, or damage will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Failure to report within 48 hours or to return the item within 3 business days after approval will void eligibility for an exchange or store credit.

Damages to the item during transit are the couriers responsibility and need to be reported directly to them to be adequately compensated.
