'Made to Order' items have no ready inventory to ship out right away, these dresses begin production once the order is placed.

“Preorder” items have a ship date listed in the product description.

They do not ship immediately but are reserved upon purchase and shipped on the specified date.

Yes. Alglist only offers store credit for eligible returns under the following conditions:

    •    You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization. (Returns must be approved before shipping items back)

    •    Must be returned within 3 business days after approval using a trackable shipping method.

    •    Must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Made To Order Items (including custom color/size)

    •    Items with Fabric Tears or Fit-Related Damage

    •    Sale or Discounted Items

Orders can only be canceled for store credit if the order has not yet shipped.

If the order has shipped, please return it to receive the store credit. Keep in mind, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the customer responsibility.

Custom orders are excluded and cannot be canceled.

Please email/chat with us as soon as possible in order to attempt to intervene.

If the order has not shipped, it may be adjusted in time. However, once shipped it is too late, unfortunately.

Custom sizing/colors for items with that options are free of charge. We do not charge an additional fee.

For extra appliqué/fabric, there is an estimated $30-$60 charge, depending on what you need which can be confirmed by reaching out to us directly.

Once your package has left our warehouse, it becomes beyond our control.

For issues with delivery, adjustments, or details, you would need to contact the courier directly as we would have no additional details besides what the tracking number provides.

If it is lost/damaged in route, contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim to reimburse you for their negligence.

Generally, if the courier has any issues with delivery, it is sent back.

Your package can be reshipped to you upon receipt, but please note that you must cover the shipping costs to reship before it can be sent back out.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Unfortunately, the system may automatically cancel an order for various reasons, which is beyond our control.

To help prevent this, we recommend ensuring that the billing and shipping addresses match, trying an alternative payment method, or using a different card for checkout.

If your card was charged, but the order did not go through, the funds will be refunded automatically and should appear in your account within 24 hours.

This generally happens if the bank blocks the transaction from fully processing the payment for whatever reason. You would need to contact them directly for exact details.
