Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Ready-to-Ship items will be processed the same day if ordered before 4 PM Pacific Time, while Made-to-Order items have varying processing times, which are detailed in each product's description
Please note that processing times cannot be expedited.
Ready-to-Ship items have no wait time and can be shipped the same day if ordered before 4 PM Pacific Time, or the next business day if ordered after 4 PM.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

As purchases are FINAL SALE. We only allow returns for store credit, but they must adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 3 business days after approval.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- No exchanges. Once an item is returned, you can repurchase using your store credit.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom Prom Gowns
- Custom Sized Items
- Fabric Tears / Rips from sizing issues.
- Sale items
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first verify the address you provided and check with neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to another address.
If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Once the package is with the carrier, it is beyond our control, and they will be able to provide updates or further information regarding your delivery or claim.
Your package can be reshipped to you upon receipt, but please note that a reshipment fee will apply before it can be sent back out.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. We encourage you to use your discount code on your next purchase!
Unfortunately, the system may automatically cancel an order for various reasons, which is beyond our control.
To help prevent this, we recommend ensuring that the billing and shipping addresses match, trying an alternative payment method, or using a different card for checkout.
If your card was charged, but the order did not go through, the funds will be refunded automatically and should appear in your account within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders.
However, we are able to offer custom colors and sizes for certain available items.
