Can I cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Processing times are unique to each product, please check the product description to confirm the processing time.
What does "Ready to Ship” Mean?
Ready to ship are pieces that have no wait time. Order today ships out same or the very next business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Can I return my item and get a refund?
We do not allow any returns and do not issue any refunds.
Can I exchange my item for another item?
We only allow exchanges for a different size on items under $200. We must be notified within 48hours of delivery and item must be returned unworn with tags still attached within 3 business days. If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out then store credit will be issued. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days will result in a denial for an exchange.
Items over $200 or custom orders are not permitted.
No refunds will be issued.
My package says it’s delivered but I haven’t received anything?
If USPS Tracking Information says they have delivered your package, but you have not yet received them.
Please confirm your address that you provided us, check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact USPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. Once your item is with the carrier it is out of our control please contact USPS for any updates or information regarding your delivery/claim.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.
I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?
Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
My order keeps canceling, why is that?
Unfortunately the system will automatically cancel an order for different reasons. It’s totally out of our control. You can try the options of: making sure the billing and shipping address are the same, trying a different payment method or try checking out with another card.
My card was charged but my order did no go through.
If your card was charged but the order did not go through then the funds will bounce back. It may take up to 24 hours.
Are you taking custom orders?
We are currently not taking any custom orders at the moment.
I accidentally purchased the wrong size, how can I update it ?
Email us as soon as possible so we can make the arrangements.
