'Lisa' is a truly one-of-a-kind gown both in looks and style. Halter top neckline with an off-the-shoulder floral embellishment that sits under the bust to emphasize the plunging neckline for a sexy look. This long dress is made of a stretchy mesh fabric with a slit in the back for easy movement and a figure-hugging outline and matching rhinestone embellishments covering the whole piece.

USA - Regular shipping is through USPS Priority which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. -Express shipping is 1-3 business days

Canada - Shipping is through USPS Priority which takes about 7-15 business days for delivery.

All other countries - International Shipping is through first class which can take anywhere from 10-35 days to arrive. We also offer DHL Express for international orders for an extra charge $25-$200 depending on the product you order and country. DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

Once shipped out we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. Priority Packages only come with $50 insurance. If you'd like to add insurance for full price on your package please send us an email. 

If package gets returned back to us for failure of pickup or invalid address, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee. There will be no returns or exchanges given. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including custom fees for some countries.

We only allow exchanges for adifferent size on items under $500.

• We must be notified within 48hours of delivery
• Item must be returned unworn with tags still attached within 3 business days.
• Item must be standard size. Custom sizing and prom gowns over $400 are all final sale

If a bigger/smaller size is not available or the item is sold out then store credit will be issued.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days will result in a denial for an exchange.

Please check size charts for the best fit. We are not responsible for problems due to sizing (tears/rips on the fabric).

All items are inspected before shipping out.

If item is damaged/defect upon arrival please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery or failure to return the item within 3 business days (after approval) will result in a denial for an exchange.

Products made with metal rhinestones fabric are very fragile so please handle with care. Please do not pull on the dress doing so will most likely make the dress tear and make it unwearable. 

Please keep in mind you are warned about this before placing an order. A refund/exchange will not be given due to the dress tearing.
